This official homeowner's, vacancy calendar web page (copyrighted) allows you to purchase your discount vacation rental week (Sat. to Sat.) or monthly stay (October through March only) online in most currencies. Renter must be at least 21 years old with valid driver's license, family or couple, max. occupancy of 6 and no smoking or pets. 3-night minimum stay. Rentals typically from Sat. to Sat., as shown below. $400 deposit due within 1 week of making reservation online or by phone. Monthly rentals are available Oct - Feb. Weekly only beginning Easter thru Labor Day. We will do 3 day minimum from Labor Day continuing thru the off-season until Easter. An additional $50 cleaning fee is assessed for all non-weekly rentals (3-night min.). Our week runs from Sat to Sat. Entrance into this condo constitutes acceptance of our CONDO RENTAL AGREEMENT between Owner and Renter. Condo is professionally cleaned before and after each stay.
Our 1 Bedroom anglefront, oceanview condo is conveniently located beside Hurl Rock park for a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Hundreds of restaurants, shops, Nascar Speedpark, Ripley's Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Parasailing and many other area attractions and activities are only moments away, many within walking distance! Enjoy cool refreshing beverages and snacks at Flip Flops oceanfront bar while lounging poolside or relax in the Bluewater Villas lazy river across street. Bluewater resort's oceanfront pool features live entertainment and other unique seasonal activities throughout the year. Experience breath-taking views and ocean breezes you can only get by staying on the beach. The bedroom contains 2 double beds and 1 sleeper sofa (sleeps 6) with new Flip Flop bedspreads and large color TV with HBO. Linens are not provided but we do have 6 pillows and 2 blankets in the closet. There is also a new Queen sofa sleeper in the den and a brand new comfy recliner for lounging around. We also offer other home comforts and conveniences like a new large refrigerator, microwave, new stove and 2 color T.V.s, DVD/ CD player, DVD and Paperback library, a selection of games, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and hair dryer. Kitchen also comes stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. Condo sleeps 6 max. The discounted weekly rate below is the Total Cost including tax and cleaning.
